Make sure to use the email address you used to activate your account.
If your email address is correct, click on the “Forgot password” link to reset your password

Log in to the web app
Go to settings
Go to Personal Information.
Add your PIN (from your email) to the Employee PIN section

Check to make sure you've activated your account. If you haven't, you'll see something on your screen that says "Expecting to see EOBs?". Click on the "Verify My Account" button and follow the steps to verify your account. Once verified, exit the app and try again
We may still be processing your EOBs — please exit the app and try again. If you’re still not seeing your EOBs, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team at info@cixhealth.com

Login to the app
In the upper right corner of your screen, click on the gear icon. This is your settings.
To change your name, birthdate, or sex, go to Personal Information
To change your email, phone number, address, or add emergency contacts, go to Contact Information

Login to the app
In the upper right corner of your screen, click on the gear icon. This is your settings.
Go to Apps and Integrations
Tap on Apple Health (if accessing via iOS device) or Google Fit (if accessing via web) to connect your information to the app

Open the app (iOS, Android, the web app)
Click “My Insurance” at the top of the screen, or click the Insurance tile in your Healthbook.

On the My Insurance screen, select an ID card
Select the Upload icon
Choose to send a copy of your ID card via text, save to your files, or open in a PDF viewer to print

Your under-18 dependent’s information can be found in the “My Family” section of the app.
Each under-18 dependent will have a profile that contains their insurance and EOB information.
Select a profile to view their information.
